Book Fair Dear Parent/Guardian, just a reminder that we will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May in Orritor Primary School. This is your opportunity to visit our school and purchase some books and stationery for your children. It’s time to get busy planting!

Mr Wright went to the garden centre and bought everyone a flower to plant.

Out we went armed with our spades and rakes and looked at which plants would grow the tallest and where we would plant them in the window boxes.

We discussed why our Winter pansies had died before pulling them out and putting in the compost bin.

We mixed some new compost into our boxes and planted our flowers.

Now we will water them every day and watch how they grow.
