Book Fair Dear Parent/Guardian, just a reminder that we will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair from Monday 13th May to Friday 17th May in Orritor Primary School. This is your opportunity to visit our school and purchase some books and stationery for your children. Going Green!

Tuesday 16th October was a very special day for our whole school.

We have been awarded our first Eco-Schools Green Flag! 

We are all very proud that our hard work over the past two years has been recognised in this way.

We realise the importance of being environmentally friendly and aim to continue working hard to help educate everyone to care for our planet. 

Well done to the members of the Eco Council for their part in leading this work and for representing our school when Mr Nigel Mc Garry was visiting. Thank you Nigel for being such an encouraging assessor and for showing such a genuine interest in educating the children of today to benefit those of the future. 

We aim to continue to do our part at Orritor!
