World Mental Health Day - Thursday, 10th October,
Dear Parent/Guardian,
On Thursday, 10th October, our school will come together to celebrate World Mental Health Day. This important day provides us with an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and the importance of supporting one another. We will hold a special assembly where students will learn about mental health and ways to help themselves and others.
In addition to the assembly, we will offer various activities throughout the day aimed at promoting mental well-being and fostering a supportive school environment.
This will be a non-uniform day and we encourage all children to participate by dressing in something yellow, symbolising hope and positivity. In addition, we kindly ask for a £1 cash donation per child, which will be donated to a wonderful charity dedicated to mental health support.
Thank you for your support in making this day meaningful and impactful for our students. Together, we can help create a community that values and priorities mental health.
