The policeman came to nursery to tell us about his job and to teach us how to keep ourselves safe.
He answered all our questions and taught us about street safety and how to cross the road safely.
He told us about keeping safe in our cars - we need to sit in the back, put on our seat belts and always sit on our car seat.
He also told us what to do if we got lost. We have to not move and wait to be found. In a shop or on the street we could ask a shop person or security person to help us.
Then we got to investigate his Police van. Some of us even got put in jail!
We had a brilliant morning, listened well and had lots of fun.
