PeacePlayers Northern Ireland are a cross- community organisation that works with young people across Northern Ireland believing that children that can play together can learn to live together. They achieve this by using basketball.
Throughout the school day they do this through their twinning programme but in the evenings they run a Bridging Divides Programme- which is a multi- community programme that uses basketball as well as team building and good relations topics to bring kids together. This programme is for children and young people P5- 3rd year.
Please find attached their poster with more information about what they offer. Their evening programme runs on a Thursday night from 5:30pm- 7pm at The Torrent Complex, Donaghmore, starting on the 9th May.
