The weeks are flying by as we head towards our half-term holidays, but what a fantastic week we’ve had at school! This week kicked off with a lot of excitement about the upcoming events.

Our music lessons continued with many children developing their talents in viola, violin, guitar, fife, and bagpipes. Well done to all our budding musicians!
Our staff have been busy ordering books for their classes from the Usborne Book Fair, thanks to the contributions from our successful Book Fair last week.
Congratulations to all our children for achieving their Excellent 8 Awards this week! This week’s targets were:
Nursery to P2: I show good manners
P3 to P4: My work is well presented
P5 to P7: I self-check my work

Well done everyone, keep up the great work! Our After School Clubs continued with lots of children participating in various activities. Keep an eye out for our clubs next week for after half term.
Primary 7 also enjoyed their swimming session at Cookstown Leisure Centre on Friday morning.
A big thank you to Reverend Bruce for visiting and sharing a wonderful lesson from the Bible during assembly on Thursday. It was lovely to have you with us.

School Dinners and Breakfast Club: Please ensure you have booked by Monday at 8am.
Clubs: Clubs will continue as normal from Monday to Thursday. If you wish to join any club, please contact the school office. Half Term Disco: Thursday 24th October - £1 admission, fancy dress optional.
Student Council Sweet Cones: On sale Friday 25th October for £1. Student Council Collection: Remember, the Student Council is collecting pre-loved books and Lego.
