Nursery had a very special visitor today - Sharon from Cookstown Library.
Sharon came to tell us all about the Library and the exciting things that happen there. Not only do they have lots of exciting books to read and borrow they also have Rhythm and Rhyme time, Arts and crafts and a Lego club on the first Tuesday of each month! Sharon taught us some of the songs from Rhythm and Rhyme time. We had lots of fun singing and doing the actions. Sharon then read us a lovely story all about a Lion. We decided we wouldn't have room for a lion in Nursery or at home!
Finally Sharon presented us with our new Library cards. She is looking forward to seeing us in the Library soon. Don't forget to say hello to Sharon when you go to use your new cards children.
