Our clubs are back in full swing with some new additions and old favourites. The children had a blast at Games Club, Christmas Art Club, and Indoor Football Club. A big thank you to all the children who participated and to the staff and coaches for making our clubs a success! β½π¨
Primary 7’s Asda Experience: Four of our Primary 7 pupils had an amazing time at Asda Cookstown, promoting our Asda Cash Pot and supporting the British Legion’s Poppy Appeal. Special thanks to Janice for looking after our children and donating fruit for our Primary 7 class. π
Primary 5’s NIFRS Visit: Primary 5 received a visit from the NIFRS. A special thanks to Gerard from Dungannon Fire Station for the safety team fun pack, helping the children remember key safety facts. Well done, Primary 5! π
Outdoor Classroom Day: On Thursday, we celebrated Outdoor Classroom Day with all staff and pupils taking their learning outside. It was wonderful to see the children engaging in Numeracy, Art, Literacy, and WAU outdoors. Thank you to all the staff for preparing such fantastic lessons. π³βοΈ
November Newsletter: Our November Newsletter is now available on the school website, providing updates on November and December events. ποΈ
Breakfast with Santa: Information about our Breakfast with Santa has been released on our Facebook and school website. Please book for this fantastic event by Wednesday, 13th November using the Microsoft Form. Payments can be made through the school app. π π½οΈ
Open Afternoons: Our Open Afternoons are scheduled for 4th and 5th December. Please find information on our school website and Facebook page, and ensure you book through the provided links. π
Primary 4’s Assembly: A massive thank you to Primary 4 for leading this week’s assembly on Remembrance. The children explained the importance of Remembrance Day and wearing a poppy, concluding with a lovely song. Well done to all the children and staff involved! πΊπΆ We look forward to welcoming Reverend Porter into our assembly next week.
Parent/Teacher meeting notes have been sent out with a time and date to meet your child’s teacher. Please return these to school next week if you haven’t already done so.
Excellent 8 Winners: Congratulations to our Excellent 8 winners this week. The targets were: * Nursery – Primary 2: Trying their best * Primary 3 – Primary 4: Being the best that they can be * Primary 5 – Primary 7: Working to achieve their personal best Well done to all our winners! π
Poppy Appeal: A huge thank you to the Primary 7 pupils who helped sell poppies this week, raising lots of money for the Poppy Appeal. π°πΊ
33 Activities: Thank you to 33 Activities for coming into school and taking football with our Nursery children. They had the best time learning new skills and working together in teams. Well done, children! β½π
Next week we will be celebrating 'Friendship Week' in class. Children will take part in lots of activities in class as well as wearing odd socks on Tuesday 12th November. We look forward to celebrating all our friends next week.
Vision Questionnaire: Thank you to all the parents who have completed the Vision Questionnaire. Your answers are most helpful, and we have enjoyed reading them to help develop our Vision. πβ¨
As a treat next week, the children will get to watch the pantomime Snow White in school. Thank you to our Parents Support Group who have covered the cost of this for each pupil

*Odd Sock day will be held on Tuesday 12th November for 'Friendship Week.' Children are encouraged to wear odd socks on this day.
