Exciting December Updates!

29th Nov 2024
With December just around the corner, we wrapped up November with a flurry of activity and excitement! Our Nursery children continued their learning journey with Ronan from Fit Minds and enjoyed football sessions with Rachael and Lillie from 33 Activities.

It was fantastic to see all the children having fun as clubs recommenced this week. A huge thank you to all the staff and coaches for making these clubs possible! 🙌

On Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Elaine, Margaret, and Linda from Mid Ulster First Responders to our assembly. They shared the incredible work their charity does to support our local community, especially helping those who are unwell. The children also learned some valuable steps on how to assist someone who isn't feeling well. 🌟

We also celebrated our November Pupil of the Month Awards. Well done to all the successful pupils! Keep up the great work.

A special shoutout to our Excellent 8 Winners! 🎉👏 This week's targets were:
Nursery to P2 focused on ‘following instructions’ 🌸
P3 to P4 focused on 'completing great homeworks' 🙌
P5 to P7 focused on 'showing kindness and respect for others' 📝
Well done, everyone! Keep up the fantastic work! 🎉👏

Today was a magical day at school as Santa's sleigh made a surprise visit! The children were thrilled to see a video showing Santa landing right here at school. The joy and wonder on their faces were truly unforgettable, and the excitement filled the air. It was a special day in our special school, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🎅✨🎄

Finally, we cannot wait for our Breakfast with Santa tomorrow morning. There will be lots of fun activities, a chance to meet Santa, and some delicious food. See you bright and early! 🎅
