Frankie’s Uncle Lee breeds birds and Frankie helps him look after them. She suggested bringing in some to class to teach us more about our topic of Birds and Flight. She chose a variety of budgies, canaries, a kakariki and a quail. They told us lots of interesting facts and allowed us to have a close up look at the birds in their cages. We all enjoyed it very much and want to thank Frankie for her great idea and for telling us about her love of birds. Well done Frankie!
